Green Aventurine Palm Stone - This crystal is known for its powers in attracting relationships, abundance, and success. Green Aventurine has incredibly soothing energy behind it and is recommended for working through unresolved emotional issues. This one works with your heart chakra. It also blocks out emanations from computers, phones, or any other electrical equipment.

Blue Agate Slice - Blue agate is an amazing communication enhancer. It works with your throat chakra so it can help you to project your feelings more efficiently. I included this crystal in this ‘connection’ box because I believe communication is a fundamental property when it comes to connecting with others. This crystal also aids in harmonising one's energies/emotions, turning the negatives into positives.

Blue Howlite - This crystal is fantastic at relieving anxiety, stress, and anger, which can sometimes get in the way of connecting with others. It is also really good at encouraging emotional expression. Again this one works with your throat chakra.

Rose Quartz Bracelet - Rose quartz is one of the most well-known crystals. This crystal is all about self-love, and once you learn how to love yourself, you can love others without draining your energy.

Goldstone - Not only does this stone help to create ‘flow’ within relationships, but it also helps assist in attaining goals. It is thought to be the stone of ambition as it revitalises the wearer and encourages a positive attitude. If you struggle with confidence, this crystal is perfect to put in your pocket or make into jewellery.

Rhodonite - Rhodonite is commonly used in raising self-worth and healing relationships. Its energy helps to stimulate forgiveness, unconditional love, and acceptance. Use this stone to balance your heart chakra.

Tea - I included these tea bags in this months box because I think it would be a lovely way to end off the meditation included by sitting down with a family member/friend and having a cup of tea together. Sometimes it's the simple things that can bring us all closer together.

Nag Champa Incense - This incense is the most popular because of its history in being used in temples or places of worship. It has a combination of sandalwood and frangipani.
