Amethyst is a very powerful crystal to use when meditating. Use this stone to aid in connecting you with the divine/your higher self.

Blue lace agate is associated with stress relief which is a common benefit of all crystals, but this stone, in particular, is one of the best stones for soothing an overactive mind and calming nerves. It is a symbol of freedom, serenity and peace. Blue lace agate works directly with the throat chakra because of its ability to help you speak your truth and melt away fears. Its representation of a calm and peaceful sky symbolises new beginnings. Use this stone to help calm you down during stressful times.

Clear Quartz is wonderful is so many ways. Not only does it help you to see clearly whether that’s career-wise or just in general, but it amplifies the power of the crystals around it and helps to raise your vibration. It will strengthen your auric field and works perfectly to stimulate chakras but in particular the crown chakra. If used in meditation place on your crown chakra and visualise a white light connecting your crown to the sky.

Tigers Eye - This is a powerful stone that helps you release fear and anxiety. It is known to give you courage, self-confidence and strength of will. Tigers Eye can be used to balance your solar plexus chakra as it brings out creativity. This stone is said to bring good fortune to the wearer. It will help you to stay calm and grounded if kept on your aura.

Black Tourmaline - This stone is very powerful and can be used to support the energy of another crystal that’s near it. It guards against radiation and environmental pollutants, and is highly useful in purifying and neutralising one’s own negative thoughts and internal conflicts, and turning them into positive, usable energy. Black tourmaline also aids in calming panic attacks or gaining control over fears. When used in meditation focus on balancing your root chakra which is located at the base of your spine.

White Sage is most commonly known as a way of ‘cleansing’ crystals but it is so much more than that. In many native cultures, plants are more than living things, they have a soul, a spirit, and sage was no different. Burning sage was a way of communing with the spiritual realm and connecting to the spirit of the plant and the earth. By burning the sage with intention, you are asking the spirit of the sage to lend its cleansing and protective energy into your space, body, energy, etc. It is native to high deserts but is most commonly found in California and the mountainous American West. Lastly, Native Americans were the first on record for using it in a ceremonial or ritual manner.
